BEA AND THE LATEST BOOK AND MOVIE NEWS!

What do New York, Manhattan in June, and Book Expo have in common? Me!! At the request of my publisher, I went to Book Expo this year, and it was an amazing trip for many reasons. First, I got to sign the advanced reading copies of THE LONELY GIRLS CLUB, my August release, at the Harlequin booth’s Mystery Hour. And I also signed a sampler for the new Spice Imprint that included my launch novel, TEASE.

Here’s how Oxygen describes Romancing the Bride:  “Prepon portrays Melissa, a bride to be who has spent the past two years preparing every detail of her perfect wedding day.  The morning before she is to get hitched, she wakes to find that she’s married a total stranger, Carlos (Cedeno).  With no memory of the night before, the newlyweds embark on a 24-hour adventure to annul her mistake, with the hope of getting to the church on time and marrying Mr. Right.”

THE SPICE LAUNCH NOVELS!

I’ve now seen the artwork for all four of the Spice novels coming out in 2006, and they are beautiful beyond my wildest expectations. They’re sensual and sleek and provocative without being graphic in any way. Just gorgeous. My novel, TEASE, is artfully simplistic, yet so clever I could only whisper "Wow" when I saw it. If you missed it on the Home Page, go back and take a look. It’s the third cover in rotation.

The Spice imprint launches in May 2006, and you won’t want to miss it!
